Agreement to Terms

Welcome to SkillSet Minot Concrete Works. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services.

Services We Provide

We provide professional concrete services in Minot, ND and surrounding areas. Our services include concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repairs, and retaining walls. All services are subject to availability and proper scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may also modify or discontinue services without notice.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, materials needed, and scope changes. We'll discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. After that, we may need to reassess pricing based on current material costs and availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property as permitted by North Dakota law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in a fee to cover our scheduling and preparation costs.

We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We'll notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date.

Your Responsibilities

When we work on your property, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project needs
• Ensure we have clear access to the work area
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals before we start
• Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety
• Notify us of any underground utilities or obstacles

Warranty

We stand behind our work. We provide a warranty against defects in workmanship for one year from project completion. This warranty doesn't cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Concrete naturally develops small cracks over time due to settling and temperature changes. These are normal and not covered by warranty unless they exceed industry standards.

Limitation of Liability

We carry full insurance for our work. However, we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to SkillSet Minot Concrete Works. You can't use our content without our written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Dakota. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ward County, North Dakota.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post any changes on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. It's your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
